20 Year Warranty
Our 20-year residential limited warranty covers effects from water damage, domestic dog and cat stains and marks. Commercial wear is covered for 10 years.
Lifetime Warranty
A lifetime warranty allows our products to withstand the effects of water damage, domestic dog and cat stains and marks. Commercial wear is covered for 15 years.

Residential Wear Warranty
Our luxury vinyl planks and tiles are warrantied for residential wear. The upper wear layers will not wear through under normal use for the specified lifetime of each product.
Commercial Wear Warranty
Our luxury vinyl flooring will not wear through under normal commercial use (i.e. foot traffic), for the length of the warranty.
Structure Warranty
We can ensure that our luxury vinyl flooring products will be free from manufacturing or material defects for the length of the warranty—or we’ll replace it.
Waterproof Warranty
Our waterproof warranty promises that the structural integrity of our luxury vinyl planks and tiles will not be significantly diminished by exposure to water for the life of the product.
Pet Proof Warranty
Your luxury vinyl planks and tiles will resist staining caused by normal domestic cat and dog activities, minimizing permanent stains for the length of the warranty.
